3D printing is a process to make a three dimensional objects from a 3D digital file.this is a additive processes , 3D printing created by laying down successive layers of material until the object is created.Each of these layers can be seen as a thinly sliced horizontal cross-section of the eventual object.This is the opposite of CNC machining .

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM):This technologies will be leads to ribbing, and you can see lines from each layer,need post polishing or sandblasting to remove those lines.

Tolerance of our 3D printer?

The general tolerance for 3D printing is +/- 0.5mm-+/- 0.1mm. However, it is dependent on the structure of the parts.
