The Liquid Print Water Transfer Process is easy to learn,here’s how the water transfer printing process work.
1,Pattern film
Choose a image or pattern of water transfer printing film,we can make the film according to the design. If you need a new pattern film , please provide files of AI,CDR,DWG formats to us , we can make it about 5-7 working days .
2,Base painting
In most case ,need base painting a color coat to applied to the object . Patterns will appear radically different depending on the difference base painting.
3,Preparing the film for transfer
Carefully placed the pattern film on the water's surface in the dipping tank. It is a water soluble film . The film melts, while the decoration inks are left ans floating on the water surface.
4,Processing
The operator carefully out the product in the dipping tank ,waiting the product soaking in the water a few while , then take it out and clean the remaining residue to waiting it dry.
5,UV coating
When the surface effect meet the quality requirement , we need paint a clear coating to protect the surface effect and shiny appearance.
