Prototype Surface Finishing of CD texture

CD texture also known as ‘concentric circle texture’ or ‘brushed CD texture’,  is a kind of radial concentric circle texture processed on the [metal parts]   surface such as aluminum, stainless steel, [brass] by precision numerical control equipment . The processing of CD texture

During the cutting process, strictly control the tool angle, spindle speed and feed rate to prevent burrs from forming. At the same time, a dedicated coolant is used for thorough cooling to control the temperature, prevent thermal deformation of the metal prototype, to ensure uniform and consistent texture.
