Robot Vacuums

For robot vacuums, the shell finish and overall assembly fit matter most.

We machine the housing from ABS on CNC, paint it to your Pantone or RAL spec, and finish seams, buttons, and sensor cutouts by hand, so the part reads as production-grade rather than prototype-grade.

The internal chassis is usually vacuum cast in PU. It's faster than machining the whole thing from solid stock, and it still gives you realistic weight and enough strength for functional testing and demos.

Lead time: 15–18 working days


Robot Vacuums Prototype Manufacturing

Medical Robots

Medical robot prototypes are usually built for product validation, clinical demos, trade shows, or ergonomic evaluation — which means tight tolerances and clean surface finishes matter more here than almost anywhere else.

Housings are typically CNC machined from ABS or PC and painted white or light grey, matching the finish convention for medical equipment. Complex control panels are often better suited to SLA printing, and clear viewing windows are machined from PC or PMMA.

Internal brackets and moving mechanisms are usually CNC machined from 6061 aluminum for assembly accuracy and stability. If you need to show the internal mechanism, we can also build a transparent-shell version.

Humanoid Robots

Humanoid robots typically have a lot of parts, and keeping tolerances consistent across all of them is the real challenge.

Shells are usually SLA printed for surface quality; load-bearing joints and connecting structures are CNC machined in aluminum for the strength-to-precision ratio. During assembly, we hold gaps between parts tightly so the finished unit looks clean and holds together through repeated testing.

Lead time: 20–25 working days, depending on part count.

Industrial Robotic Arms

Robotic arms are about dimensional accuracy and motion performance — appearance is secondary here.

Arm bodies are typically machined from 7075 aluminum, joint flanges from stainless steel, and we hold critical mounting and bearing bore tolerances to ±0.05 mm so the arm can handle continuous-run testing.

Lead time: 12–15 working days

Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR)

AMRs tend to be large enough that the shell needs to be split into panels and assembled rather than machined as one piece.

Body panels are CNC machined and joined with tight, near-invisible seams. Sensor housings with complex geometry are usually SLA printed. Tray doors and sliding mechanisms are machined from POM (Delrin) for smooth, low-wear operation.
