3D Printing Services: Small-Batch Trophy Manufacturing

At SG Prototype, we have specially created two trophies to reward employees who have performed outstandingly at work. Today, we will share with you how the trophies are made.

 3D Printing Workshop

Trophy 1 is made of resin material in one piece from 3D printing. After parts are printed, they are polished and then electroplated. The text on the trophy was pasted with stickers. It is a one-piece production without assembly.

Trophy 2 is made of resin + crystal materials. The body is made of resin material from 3D printing and then electroplated. The base is made of black crystal, and laser etching for the logo. These trophies are professionally assembled into a whole with glue.

Both of these trophies are made through 3D printing and electroplating post-treatment. The 3D printing products are fast, and electroplating endows the products with corrosion resistance, improves their aesthetic appeal, and enhances surface hardness and wear resistance. Which one do you prefer?
